Shipping Process
All orders placed before 3 pm (UK local time) on business days will be fulfilled and shipped the same day. We rely on RoyalMail's efficient 48-hour service to deliver your test kit to your doorstep. Once you've completed the test and posted it using RoyalMail's 24-hour service, your sample will be swiftly delivered to our lab.
Estimated Delivery Times
Regular Blood Test Kits
For our regular blood test kits, you can expect your results within 48 hours after we receive your sample at our lab. However, please note that this timeframe may be extended for comprehensive panels such as our Male General MOT Test or Female General MOT, which analyse over 35 biomarkers. Additionally, if you post your sample on a Thursday, due to weekend processing, you can anticipate receiving your results by Monday or Tuesday.
Food Intolerance Test
Results for our Food Intolerance Test typically take 8-10 days to process and deliver to you. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the accuracy and reliability of your results.
Epigenetic mDNA Test
For our Epigenetic mDNA Test, please allow 6-8 weeks for your results. This test involves shipping your sample to our lab in Denmark for processing, which requires additional processing time. We assure you that this meticulous process is crucial for providing you with insightful and accurate results.
Holiday Delays
During peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, Boxing Day, and bank holidays, RoyalMail services may experience high volumes, leading to delays in shipping and delivery. Consequently, the timeframe for receiving your test results may also be affected. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods.
